What are the shipping costs ? :

It depends on the weight. We apply directly the tarifs for the French Post Office's Monitored Colissmo service see COLISSIMO TARIFS
The shipping costs are directly calculted and displayed when you look at your basket. You see all costs before ordering..

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Please be precise when entering your address (ZIP codes, country, street and n° etc) so you get the best service. Please use Bank Transfer or PAYPAL payment when buying outside FRANCE.
Can I order for goods in excess of 30 kg ?
The system will refuse your order if it is too heavy. Please contact us by email or telephone is this case and we will propose a solution.
Can I modify my account and password ?
You can modify your personnel data and password ny clicking on "See my account".
I've forgotten my password. Can I retriev it ? :
Click on "See my account" and then "Receive my password". Enter the email you used to create your account and the password will be sent to this address.

TIPS :

When your make a 2nd order, use your account so you don't have to enter your personnel data again.

When searching for an item, you can browse the entire catalog using the HORIZONTAL menu at the top ( "clothes", "accessories" etc...) . Use the VERTICAL menu on the side to see our best products for particular requirements.

if you pay by check, confirm your order and print the email you receive. Please dont' send us a screen copy of an order you haven't completed.
don't forget to send us a copy of your identity document if you are buying an item that requires you being over 18. ( knives, defense, soft-air, guns).
