SHIPMENT :

We ship three to five times a week using the French Post Office's MONITORED COLISSIMO service. For exceptional orders (bulk shipment) consult us for a special quotation.

As much as possible, orders are shipped between one and three days following reception of the order and payment. Our company cannot be held liable for any possible delay due to circumstances beyond our control.

POST DEADLINES after attending packages  :

Exceptional cases :

• Orders (and payments) received between Friday at midday and Monday at 8h00 will be processed on Monday or Tuesday.
  
• during bank holidays or "long weekends" there will be an equivalent extension of deadline .
• during the two summer months the deadlines can be extended for 2 or 3 days due to our personnel's holiday.

 swapping can be made under the following conditions :

• contact us within eight days (by email if possible) to tell us your specific request.
  
• If it is a mistake on our side, as soon as we receive your package, you will be sent back the right article, post and packaging at our costs and you will be refunded (join us post receipt).
• if it is a mistake on your side (eg : size/colour or for another choice), when we receive your claim, we will indicate the post and packaging costs you will have to pay for re-shipment. Then you will have to join a cheque for this amount with your package return together with the invoice indicating your accurate desiderata (example : size or colour).
